1. General conditions

These general conditions regulate the contractual relationship for the provision of service established between N. Duarte Unipessoal LDA, hereinafter referred to as ND Tuned, and the customers to whom it will provide maintenance and repair services, as well as purchases made on this website: www.ndtuned.com

The repairs included in the guarantee of proper functioning of the goods sold by ND Tuned are not included in the scope of application of these general conditions.

By accessing, browsing and using our online store (www.ndtuned.com), the Customer acknowledges that he has read, understood and agrees with our Terms of Use.

ND Tuned® may at any time change the conditions of use without prior notice to the customer, reviewing the conditions of use must be a rule practiced by the customer.

2. Services

Equipment repair diagnostics is free. In the event that the customer withdraws from the quote after its acceptance, he will pay a withdrawal fee according to the table in force.

The equipment repaired or not, will only be returned after payment of the repair cost, if it takes place, and it can only be picked up by the owner, upon presentation of a valid identification document with photo.

Sending dismantled equipment will be the customer s responsibility. ND Tuned is not responsible for the lack of parts at the reception of the dismantled equipment, being in loose parts.

Prices for repairs to be carried out are shown in the Technical Services Price List, which is available for consultation at the Assistance Center.

ND Tuned will inform the Customer by email or telephone of the completion of the equipment repair process.

If requested by the customer and applied, the urgency fee is always paid.

ND Tuned reserves the right to delete service requests without a recall request after 2 weeks


The quotations are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue, being subject to review after receipt and analysis of the equipment, with any eventual update being communicated to the customer.

The Assistance Center only starts the repair after acceptance by the customer of the quotation prepared.

The Repair Order approved by the Customer authorizes the Assistance Center to carry out the repair of the equipment up to the value of the previously presented budget. The value of the initial quote accepted by the customer may change, whenever it is found, at the time of repair, that the fault identified by the Technical Assistance does not coincide with the one initially detected. In such cases, the Assistance Center undertakes to communicate a new quote to the customer. The repair only starts after the Customer accepts the new quote.

The validity of the quote is 2 weeks after the communication to the customer by the Assistance Center. Once this period has expired, the Customer says nothing, the Assistance Center will return the equipment to the customer, considering that the quote has not been accepted. To all these values, the cost of transport is added, if applicable.

Repair Time

The expected repair period for all brands is 5 (five) working days, which may be exceeded for reasons beyond the control of the Assistance Center, among others, the lack of parts due to lack of supply from the manufacturer or the need to produce parts.

Repair and repair period will only start after receiving the equipment at ND Tuned s facilities.

3. Product orders

How can I register?

The B2B store is available to customers who resellers of products sold by N. Duarte, Unipessoal Lda.

To register, you can go to the top right corner of the page, "Login" button, enter the login page. On the login page in the zone “Don t have an account yet?” click on “continue”. Then you just have to fill in all the fields of the B2B access request form, and click on “Continue”.

Registration is a simple and quick process. After registration, your account is analyzed for verification of your company and activated by us.

ND Tuned® does not assume any responsibility for delays in the delivery of orders, due to lack of data or incorrect registration data.

How do I order my 1st order?

Before placing your first order, you must register on our website.

You must add the products you want to the shopping cart. Once you have all the products added, simply complete the order indicating the delivery and billing address as well as the shipping method.

Can I place the order until what time so that it goes out on the same day?

Orders placed before 1:00 pm will be shipped the same day**. After that time, we cannot guarantee that it will be sent on the same day. Shipment is always made in order of arrival of orders.

Can I change materials and quantities in my order?

You must contact us, only and only via email to change the order. If the order is still in our facilities, we will change it.

What happens if I pay for an order and there is no material?

In case the order is incomplete due to out of stock, we will contact you in order to change it for another equivalent product or keep the amount in credit for a next order.

If at the time of placing an order, there are products out of stock, it will only be shipped after all products are available. If you do not want to wait, there are two ways to speed up the shipment, that is: these products will be pending delivery in a future order, or else, it will be delivered with a new shipment, and the transport costs will be borne by the customer.

4. Payment conditions

Payment methods for orders and technical assistance

You can safely pay for your orders using one of the following payment methods:

Bank transfer

When choosing this payment method, you will receive an invoice by email and you must send proof of payment to: assistencia@ndtuned.com (Assistances) or sales@ndtuned.com (Products)

Once the proof of payment is confirmed, the equipment/order will be sent.

Cash on delivery (COD)

You must pay the carrier upon receipt of the equipment/order. Payment must be made in cash (notes or coins) to the carrier. This payment method has an additional cost of €2.

Only available for Portugal and Spain.

Payment in our facilities

You can pay for in-store purchases using cash (banknotes or coins) or MBway. We do not accept checks as a payment method.

Immediate change availability is not guaranteed for €200 or €500 banknotes.

Repairs carried out on the customer s equipment must be settled within a maximum period of 30 days. At the end of this period, the customer is obliged to pay ND Tuned interest on late payment calculated at the legal rate in force.
